Shahaf is The CTO and the senior team leader of Alcon Systems Ltd.

He possesses over 6 years of experience as a project manager, leading large development teams and practical experience in software and hardware development.

Shahaf's expertise include choosing best suited technologies for the specific requirements, developing complex image processing algorithms, performance analyses and optimization, distributed systems, complex real time environments as well as .NET applications.

Shahaf has led development processes for government companies and institutions worldwide, defense firms, medical device companies and start-up ventures at all stages.

Eyal Lahat
Partner and CEO

Eyal is a founding partner of Alcon Systems Ltd.

He holds an electrical engineering B.Sc. degree and a master's degree in business administration. Eyal began his professional career in the IDF developing hardware and software for military communication systems.

He has accumulated over 20 years of experience at managing technological projects and leading technical teams from the earliest stages of requirements definition, right up to successful full scale implementations.

Eyal has managed technological projects for international corporations such as Coca Cola and McDonald's as well as medical devices, defense and military companies.
